La idea es desarrollar una tipolog\u00eda de vivienda \u201cverde\u201d, \u201csustentable\u201d, que use los principios de la arquitectura pasiva. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Lo fundamental es tomar, desde el principio del proyecto, decisiones que no tienen tanto que ver con colocar un panel solar, sino con la elecci\u00f3<\/em><\/strong>n<\/em><\/strong> de los materiales, la orientaci\u00f3n, la aislaci\u00f3<\/em><\/strong>n<\/em><\/strong>, principios de arquitectura pasiva, con <\/em><\/strong>criterios arquitect<\/em><\/strong>\u00f3nicos sustentables a trav<\/em><\/strong>\u00e9<\/em><\/strong>s de estrategias pasivas de dise\u00f1<\/em><\/strong>o bioclim<\/em><\/strong>\u00e1<\/em><\/strong>tico<\/em><\/strong>. Desarrollar en definitiva <\/em><\/strong>un M<\/em><\/strong>\u00f3<\/em><\/strong>dulo Urbano<\/em><\/strong> Arquitect<\/em><\/strong>\u00f3nico de Habitabilidad Sustentable.<\/em><\/strong> El <\/em><\/strong>segundo<\/em><\/strong> paso es preparar la casa para que trabaje con <\/em><\/strong>energ\u00edas<\/em><\/strong> renovables.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
